The Types of Information The Parties collect from you.

The Parties collect certain Anonymous Information from you as a Visitor when you access the Site. The Parties collect such information for internal business and marketing purposes, such as studying the demographics and interests of the Visitors so that the Parties can improve the content, quality and operation of the Site. Other than the uses described in this Privacy Policy, the Parties do not share, rent, or sell any of your information to any outside parties, except when necessary to comply with laws, court orders, emergencies or other legal proceedings.

Personal Information.

The Parties use Anonymous Information internally to help enhance the efficiency and usefulness of the Site, improve the product and service offerings and customer service, administer the Site, and diagnose problems with the server and software. Such information enables the Parties to make better decisions about how to operate or improve the Site from both business and technical perspectives.

Children’s Privacy.

The Site is specifically intended for people age 18 and older. Visitors must be over 18 to access services available through the Site. If the Parties obtain actual knowledge that any information is received from anyone under 18 without prior written consent from his/her parent or legal guardian, the Parties will inform that child that he/she cannot access the Site, and delete that child’s voluntarily supplied information.

No information received from Visitors, if any, is used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever.

The Parties may also reference, recommend or provide links to third party physician websites; therefore, the Parties will make commercially reasonable efforts to link to sites that share the Parties’ perspectives on privacy. However, whether the Parties recommend such resources or not, the Parties do not control and therefore are not responsible for such third party physician websites and their content or information. Please take the time to review the privacy policies and any other information practices posted on such third party physician websites.

Your Acceptance of These Terms.

Each time you use the Parties’ Site, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to such terms, please do not provide the Parties with any information and do not use the Site, as you do not have the Parties’ permission to do so under such circumstances. Your continued use of the Site will signify your acceptance of such terms.
